Raqeem is a product of MirHashimEnterprise, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us"). Raqeem helps accounting and bookkeeping firms ("firms") collect and check documents from their own clients over WhatsApp.
What we process
We process the information a firm gives us (its client list, names, phone numbers and document checklists) and the messages and files that a firm's clients send to the firm's WhatsApp number, such as bank statements, invoices, receipts and business documents.
Why we process it
Only to send reminders on behalf of the firm, to collect documents, to check them (for example whether a file is readable, complete and for the right period), and to show the firm what has been received. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Service providers
To run Raqeem we use trusted service providers: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive messages, Anthropic (Claude) to read and check documents, and cloud hosting and database providers to run the service. They process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep data
We keep documents only as long as the firm needs them for collection. Firms can ask us to delete their data at any time, and we delete it within 30 days of a request.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections, and we limit access to the people who need it to run the service.
What Raqeem does not do
Raqeem does not give tax, legal or financial advice. Firms remain responsible for their accounting and tax work.
Your choices
If you are a client of a firm that uses Raqeem, you can ask the firm, or us, to delete your data or to stop messages. You can also reply STOP on WhatsApp.
